CV has a degree in Advertising from Syracuse University and has worked in the Advertising profession for over 25 years. Before establishing Kiefek he was an Account Executive at a local Ad Agency and Marketing Director for AAA Travel, Central New York. In both positions, he was responsible for creating and implementing advertising campaigns as well as Client Services. CV’s additional advertising skills include writing/producing TV and Radio commercials as well as media negotiations and placement in TV, Radio, Billboards and Print. CV is responsible for all client services at Kiefek.
Joel M. Shaw
Creative Director
Joel M. Shaw has 20 years of experience in graphic design and all phases of Web development. He excels in creative conceptualization and strategic insight while continuing to stay well informed with the latest social media and technology trends. He was a Creative Producer at Syracuse.com for 3 years and worked as a Graphic Designer and guest lecturer at the SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry for 8 years along with his work at Kiefek. Joel is also fluent in Spanish.

Jack Mott was an integral part of Kiefek Advertising and Consulting but more importantly he was a good friend to us as well as our clients. His customer service was second to none as he was driven by his passion to always do the right thing for clients. Someone described Jack as a memory-maker. We whole heartedly agree. He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered.
